Export – Benelux
We are looking for an Inside Sales in part-time or full-time to support our customers in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer support with a special focus on linguistic skills in French, Dutch and English. Knowledge of German would be advantageous.
CONCRETE FIELD OF ACTIVITY
- Customer Support: Provide optimal support to customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Order Management: Process customer orders, manage order status, and manage any related inquiries.
- Sales Coordination: Collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication between customers and our internal departments.
- Quote Preparation: Create and follow up quotes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Market Development: Assist in expanding our customer portfolio in potential new regions, such as France and Germany, based on order volumes.
- Technical Support: Advise customers on product choices and applications, especially in the field of electrical engineering (knowledge of the sector is an advantage).
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer data, order history, and communication.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT?
- Language Skills: Fluent in French, Dutch and English. German is an advantage.
- Technical Knowledge: Background in electrical engineering or relevant industry experience would be beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work with various countries and markets, adapting to different order volumes.
- Location: Residence in Belgium is preferred.
