motivation
Green Innovation covers PRACHT as a company holistically – always guided by the motto of working today on the world we want to live in tomorrow. The goal is to meet our needs without harming future generations. We see sustainability in the areas of lighting, e-mobility and plastics technology as a factor for economic success.
‘Everyone said it couldn't be done, until someone came along and just did it!’
We rely on our own research and development to drive our passion for new technologies and ideas and ensure sustainable success through innovation. In the future, we will continue to focus on setting ourselves apart with products and processes that are reduced to the essentials. ISO 14001 certification and climate-friendly optimisations in everyday company life are part of our mission statement. That is why we have been using green electricity since 2021 – 100 percent of it.

LIGHT: Light instead of luminaires
Specialist for extreme conditions, solutions for everyday requirements
PRACHT INFINITY holds the key to a successful circular economy – with the industry's first circular recycling system. Plastics from old lights are sorted, dismantled, reprocessed and used in new PRACHT products. With recycled content of up to 99%, the product extensions stand for sustainability, efficiency, innovation and the highest quality. REMADE is the name of the game here, where the circle literally closes.
E-MOBILITY:
Making charging infrastructure accessible to everyone and making everyday charging as easy as possible
PRACHT delivers double the power with its ALPHA wallbox. Two charging points and intelligent load distribution ensure that two cars can be charged simultaneously. PRACHT also creates a modern charging infrastructure with its solar carports. Green innovation here stands for accessibility, availability and reliable charging.
MATERIALS:
Instead of waste plastic, we think resources
Giving shape to sustainable ideas: that is what engineering plastics stands for at PRACHT. Green Innovation represents a high level of vertical integration and offers a sustainable alternative in the field of plastic parts, which we also manufacture for external customers.
OUR GOALS
Our sustainability projects are guided by the UN's 17 global goals for sustainable development. These encompass long-term improvements in the ecological, economic and social sectors.
high-quality & flawless products
Our goal is to reduce the complaint rate to 0.3% by 2025. This measure is not just a short-term project, but part of a comprehensive strategy aimed at sustainably improving the quality of our products and services. In addition, we aim to reduce this rate to 0.26% over a long-term period of five years.

training initiative
Our goal:
By the end of 2025, we want to increase the total number of training hours per year by 10% – we also measure this in relation to the total number of employees.
Why this is important:
We believe in the potential of our employees. Their personal and professional development is the key to a sustainable company.
Starting point:
In 2024, the average training time per full-time employee was around 12% less than in the previous year. This shows that, despite existing offers, there is still potential for improvement.
What we focus on:
We measure success by the total number of training hours that go beyond mandatory training. The decisive factor is that the employer covers the time and/or costs. The calculation is based on the number of participants and the duration of the respective measure.
Where we stand:
By 30 September 2025, participation is already close to the target. The number of continuing education hours completed has improved significantly compared to the previous year – a sign of the growing willingness to learn within the company.

healthy at the workplace
Our goal:
By the end of 2027, we want to reduce sick days by 5% based on the average number of employees (FTE). This also takes long-term illnesses into account.
Why this is important:
Healthy employees are more motivated, productive and satisfied. That is why we focus on holistic health promotion – both physical and mental.
Starting point:
Sick days per full-time employee rose in 2024 – despite existing health programmes. This shows that additional measures are necessary.
What we focus on:
We monitor the average number of sick days per full-time employee over the course of the year. The development is documented annually and is included in the evaluation of our health strategy.
Where we stand:
The current figures show that absenteeism is still above the previous year's level. We are therefore focusing more on prevention, mental health support and health checks in order to achieve long-term improvement.
