retrofitted luminaires

The PRACHT INFINITY project is the first circular recycling system in the industrial sector. Luminaires with up to 99% recycled content expand our extensive portfolio and contribute to a functioning circular economy. Material that has already been used is not considered waste, but rather an opportunity to utilise what is already available.

PRACHT provides a detailed schedule and contact persons for the return of old luminaires. The material is dismantled, sorted and reprocessed. As many components as possible are to be made usable and put to a new purpose. The recyclable plastic is shredded and processed into granulate. PRACHT uses this recycled material in the further process for the manufacture of various products from its extensive range. In this way, old plastic can become part of a new PRACHT luminaire.

Almost the entire PRACHT portfolio is INFINITY-compatible and offers great potential for energy savings, increased WORK SAFETY and hygiene. In addition to reducing CO2 emissions, working conditions can be improved and luminaire cleaning simplified, leading to higher standards of internal processes and quality. PRACHT products stand for sustainability, high efficiency and long-lasting durability. You benefit from our extensive range and the high standards we set for our luminaires. Wet rooms, food areas or extreme conditions – we find the right design for every application in renovation.

mission 82

82% of plastic from electronic waste is incinerated in Germany. This not only destroys potential resources, it also releases large amounts of CO² into the atmosphere. Up to 2 tonnes of carbon dioxide are contained in one tonne of plastic waste.*

This figure can be greatly reduced through recycling. With INFINITY, PRACHT is contributing to a functioning circular economy. Old luminaires can be collected at a drop-off point. They are dismantled into their components and the recyclable material is sorted and reprocessed to produce recycled material. Luminaires that contain components made from recycled material are labelled with our REMADE SCORE, which shows how much old plastic has been used.

PRACHT's REMADE range is constantly being expanded. Each luminaire in the INFINITY project saves a flat rate of 10-30% in CO² emissions. Packaging-free delivery in reusable containers is possible, which reduces the amount of cardboard used.
